My betta won't eat and doesn't swim much? - swallowing air while swimming

I have a Betta fish were about 3 weeks. Lives in a bowl 1 / 2 gallons and modify treatment EVERYOTHER day Water first.He not eat the pills, I have purchased, which will go to them if, after the arrival, swimming is almost disgusting. Currently I have not 2 bettas (in the same container, of course) and one of them went through a period of not eating and drinking in the bottom of your plate, too. Is it cold in your database it is? You can try a warmer place, so good, but I think basically what it is not only taken as often. You can pick up litter in the bottom of the container with a turkey baster.
